What is the Grief E-Mail Series (GEMS)?
How does a GEMS subscription work?

GEMS subscription includes a set number of monthly or yearly emailed “sends.” Subscribers generate issue-specific links and share them via email with families, allowing recipients to easily access each GEMS issue digitally at the appropriate time after a loss.
What if I want to cancel my GEMS subscription?

You can cancel your GEMS subscription at any time. Visit your customer dashboard → view → cancel. You will have access to GEMS links throughout your subscription period. Note: If GEMS subscription is cancelled, your links will be disabled, and your families will lose access to the issues.

You should receive your order within 7 business days of placing it. We ship out within 1 business day of receiving it, then standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

**Note: Custom orders will take longer. Shipping in November-December also takes longer than usual.
