No. The GMS guides readers through the first 13 months of grief by offering a meaningful approach to meeting and documenting bereavement support requirements. However, you can choose the issues that best meet your needs.

Our GMS is a scheduled mailer with 30-day, 3-month, 6 month, 9 month, 11 month, and 13 month intervals. If this timeline of mailings doesn’t meet your needs, you can send out individual issues or bundle issues together to reduce mailings.

No. Aside from our GMS, we offer Specialty Cards. Our cards range from sympathy and empathy cards to greeting cards for family, friends, staff, or volunteers. We also offer Pet Loss Sympathy Cards and faith-based sympathy cards.

Yes. All cards come with envelopes at no extra charge. For every 25 pack of cards, there is 1 extra envelope.

Yes! We have three bundle options available. Our GMS Spanish Bundle and for Specialty Cards our Sympathy/Empathy Bundle, and our Staff & Volunteer Bundle.

You should receive your order within 7 business days of placing it. We ship out within 1 business day of receiving it, then standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

**Note: Custom orders will take longer. Shipping in November-December also takes longer than usual.

No. If you are in a time crunch and need your products sooner, we can always accommodate expedited shipping for an extra fee. Our shipping charges are for standard shipping.
